Where you have either provided us with materials obtained from third parties directly or engaged third parties who provide us with materials, it shall be solely your responsibility to ensure that you and we may use their materials as directed by you without infringing any IPR, laws or regulations.
Other than as expressly authorised by us in Writing, you may not use, copy or reproduce Our Pre-Existing IPR, name, corporate image and get-up or other proprietary materials.
